Business Engagement Centre

No items found.

The refurbishment of the LVA offices was designed to transform the existing spaces into a centre for community and business engagement. The job began with the demolition of the dated offices and amenities including bathrooms, toilets and kitchenettes totalling over 920m2. Operating in a live environment under a very tight time frame, staff installed new kitchenettes, data cabling, hardwood benches, detailed bulkhead claddings, reception counter and stud and plaster walls in the refurbished offices. The project was finished on time and to the client’s satisfaction.

Construction Techniques Employed
